Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related four-year course.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital tools and MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative, versatile, and results-oriented with a passion for brand-building.
• A collaborative leader who is dependable, patient, and thrives under pressure.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and market movements to ensure achievement of monthly sales and market share targets.
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative programs and strategies to promote the brand and boost sales.
• Align communication efforts with the Brand Communication Group to strengthen brand relevance and awareness at both the national and dealership level.
• Analyze customer profiles and local market trends to develop effective customer acquisition and retention programs.
• Recommend and execute promotional activities that support dealership sales and enhance brand image.
• Lead initiatives that generate leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen brand positioning.
