Job summary

MicroSourcing is a leading offshore provider of managed services with a large workforce in the Philippines. We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive with Australian experience to support account management activities onsite at Two Ecom, MoA, day shift.

The role involves handling insurance-related tasks, client communications, and documentation across Zoho CRM and Winbeat. Excellent English, numeracy, and professional presentation are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or brokerage handling Australian accounts.
• Strong written English with the ability to compose clear, professional business correspondence.
• Good reading and writing comprehension in English, with good numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager/Director with system processing, documentation preparation, and client file management.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and re-marketing activities using Winbeat.
• Prepare and process quotations, manage claims, and issue Certificates of Currency.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and records in Zoho CRM.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters, responding to queries and coordinating enquiries.
• Assist with reporting, end-of-month requirements, debtors control, premium funding, and other delegated tasks.

Your Role
