Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar qualification in engineering, supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• Experience in logistics, asset-management or inventory planning.
• SAP exposure and a background in operations.
• Experience in medical devices, loaner or consignment inventory and surgical instrument sets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end kit request process from approval to deployment and dispatch to hospitals.
• Plan deployment, transfer, storage, consolidation and redeployment of instruments and inventory region-wide.
• Build and maintain equipment trays for loaner and consignment sets; ensure accurate configuration and availability.
• Coordinate spare instruments and consolidation; monitor replacements and optimise asset usage.
• Provide reporting on asset risks, investment needs, and utilisation opportunities to management.
