Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering equivalent courses related to Asset Disposal and Management.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good in organizing, planning, time management, and networking.
• Trustworthy, credible, and reliable.
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and can handle all types of customers.

Responsibilities

• Process accreditation of bidders to ensure their capability to join bids.
• Review completeness of information on the Certificate for Disposal.
• Validate and inspect actual items on the approved Certificate for Disposal.
• Conduct actual bid proceedings and negotiate when necessary.
• Handle sourcing/disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Process request for payment of approved bids and ensure correct booking.
• Check status of sold fixed assets in the Online FATA inquiry.
• Organize and file disposal documents for tracking.
• Conduct market research to validate current market value.
• Support asset tagging and physical asset count.
