Job summary

Chic Centre Corporation is seeking an Assistant Demand Planner to work with Sales and Operations, aligning forecasts with sales targets by customer, region, and marketing inputs.

You will analyze historical data, develop reliable month-on-month forecasts per brand for key accounts, and collaborate across departments to support inventory health and end-to-end planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business, Statistics or Economics.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, statistical knowledge and data modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align on goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure forecasts reflect targets by customer, region and inputs from marketing.

Assistant Demand Planner

Job Description

• To work directly with Sales and Operations Team to ensure forecast reflect sales targets by customer, key account, region and incorporate inputs from marketing.

• Analyze historical sales data and demand pattern to develop reliable forecast and aligning with manufacturing and supply chain departments.

• Help ensures inventory levels stay healthy in order to prevent excess inventory and avoid stock out.

• Develop and maintain the month-on-month demand forecast per brand for Key Accounts, Secondary,and Outright accounts

• Collaborates with various departmentfor theend-to-end planning, execution,and analysis of thedemand forecast.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, , or the likes.

• With 1 - 2 years of experience in a demand planning and forecasting role;

• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge, and data modeling skills

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align on goals.
