Job summary

The VITO Group is seeking a coordinator to support demand and supply planning for Asia markets, handling system uploads, master data maintenance, and SAP transactions. The role includes assisting with planning materials and coordinating transport and production activities.

Applicants should have experience in planning or logistics admin, with working knowledge of SAP and Excel. Industrial Engineering graduates are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain admin roles.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning activities, including system uploading, parameter maintenance, and local master data management.
• Support local supply chain coordination activities, including transport scheduling, production coordination, and other operational requirements.
• Provide administrative support for SAP and OMP system transactions.
• Coordinate scrapping and destruction management processes, including workflow monitoring, COD, and documentation management.
• Assist with data collection, consolidation, and analysis, as well as the preparation of materials for planning and review meetings.
