Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead information risk assessments across Asia markets within the Asia Cybersecurity & Information Security Office. The role reports to the Asia Regional Office Security Officer and serves as the Information Security Officer for the BUSO Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in information security management or risk.
• Experience conducting risk assessments for projects and BAU operations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/NIST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end information risk assessments across Asia markets.
• Review assessments to ensure consistent application of risk methodologies.
• Translate findings into actionable risk statements and mitigations.
• Develop and maintain regional information risk assessment framework and playbooks.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation for risk-related matters.
• Support security incidents coordination and lessons learned.
