Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an AS400/MIDAS Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM AS400 / IBM i.
- Strong technical knowledge of CL/RPGLE.
- Strong SQL and DB2 experience.
- Experience with IBM MQ.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere.
- Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in system optimization and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of security best practices and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on AS400/MIDAS environments.
- Develop and support applications using CL/RPGLE, SQL, and DB2.
- Work with IBM MQ and WebSphere for application integration and support.
- Analyze business and application requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance and support performance tuning activities.
- Apply security and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality and attention to detail.
