Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation in Manila is seeking an Aruba Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s Aruba-based network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.

You will configure Aruba switches and access points, monitor performance, perform firmware updates, manage VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and administer Aruba Central, collaborating with IT teams and vendors to uphold network security and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba networking solutions is required.
• Knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Experience with Aruba switches, access points, and Aruba Central.
• Basic knowledge of network security and wireless networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities
