Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As an Art Director, you will drive key initiatives, solve complex challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help our clients scale and succeed.

• Lead visual direction for client campaigns, brand identities, and digital experiences from concept to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual systems that bring client strategies to life.
• Direct and mentor designers, illustrators, and freelancers, giving clear and constructive feedback.
• Present creative work to clients and explain the thinking behind it.
• Keep work on-brand and high quality across print, digital, social, and video.
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams on integrated campaigns.
• Oversee photo shoots, video production, and production files.
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Who You Are: What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Must-Haves

• 6+ years of design experience, including at least 2 years in an Art Director or Senior Designer role.
• A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience leading designers and presenting to clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Bonus Points (Superpowers)

• Certifications: Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication.
• Technical Exposure: Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
• Domain Knowledge: Background at a creative, branding, or marketing agency serving multiple clients at once.
