Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3 years of experience in store operations management within QSR/retail or similar industry.
• Experience managing multiple stores and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations for the assigned area and ensure alignment with district strategies.
• Oversee implementation of marketing campaigns and channel initiatives at area level.
• Audit restaurants for cost-control compliance and guide action plans for deviations.
• Co-manage FCPC and daily targets with Group Manager/Franchise Partners as per ROS requirements.
• Develop direct reports and monitor developmental objectives or milestones.
• Facilitate monthly reviews of business performance with GM to drive operational excellence.
