Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores in Bulacan. You will drive consistent customer service, meet sales targets, and implement company policies and standards while coaching and scheduling store personnel.

You will lead a team, manage performance, and ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment across Marilao, SJDM, Bocaue, Sta. Maria, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; detail-oriented and time-efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
