Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site in Bacolod and visit branches regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and performance within the assigned area.
• Manage and coach branch teams, set and monitor sales and collection targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review loan portfolios and supervise credit assessment and approval processes.
• Monitor risk and delinquency levels; plan growth strategies and evaluate productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain relationships with clients and local stakeholders.
• Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Foster a customer-centric, ethical, and compliant culture.
