Qualifications

• High School graduate with automotive vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic in fleet/distribution settings.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of delivery trucks and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair issues involving engines, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and cooling systems.
• Perform routine checks before and after vehicle deployment and respond to breakdowns on-site.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and coordinate with drivers on defects and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts replaced.
• Coordinate with repair shops and suppliers for non-in-house repairs.
