It operates with a collaborative, team-based approach focused on delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Collaborate with internal project teams, typically handling 1–2 projects at a time.
Follow company-specific CAD standards, templates, and documentation workflows.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all drawing packages.
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (non-negotiable).
Minimum 3–4 years of full-time ArchiCAD experience.
Experience working within a BIM environment, particularly shared or collaborative team models.
Ability to produce detailed architectural and construction documentation.
Strong understanding of architectural drafting, construction detailing, and technical drawing standards.
Experience working on multi-unit residential developments, apartment buildings, and/or commercial building projects.
Exposure to projects beyond standalone residential houses is strongly preferred.
Experience producing architectural documentation for medium- to large-scale developments.
