MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our Eastwood City team in Quezon City. This onsite night-shift role focuses on producing construction documentation, detailed elevations, and BIM workflows for commercial and residential projects.

You will develop 3D renderings, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure compliance with US codes and zoning. A strong portfolio and 5–10+ years of experience are required; the company emphasizes diversity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of professional architectural design experience for Commercial and Residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling/workflow integration.
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing architectural drawings, construction sets, and 3D renderings.
• Ability to work onsite at Eastwood City, QC on permanent US/night shift schedule.
• 3 professional references from previous managers or project leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction documentation, including elevations, wall sections, and structural details.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and deliver project support within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply US building codes, life safety regs, and zoning laws across design phases and docs.
• Create 3D renderings, visual models, and client-ready presentation materials.
• Coordinate across engineering and design disciplines to resolve spatial clashes.
