Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Architectural Designer (Residential) for onsite night shift at 1880 Eastwood. You will prepare elevations, wall sections and details for residential projects, ensuring timelines, cost and quality constraints.

Requirements include 5-10+ years in architecture (commercial & residential), a strong portfolio, three recommendations, and proficiency in Revit with BIM modeling.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of architecture experience (Commercial & Residential).
• Portfolio of previous professional works.
• 3 Professional recommendations.
• Proficient or advanced knowledge in Revit software.
• Working knowledge of BIM Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare elevations, wall sections and section details.
• Produce drawings and support functions per project constraints.
• Familiarize with building and life safety codes and apply them correctly.
• Assist in preparing renderings and other presentation materials.
• Communicate with other disciplines to coordinate project documents.
