Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Architectural Designer (Residential) to contribute to elevations, sections and detailing for projects onsite at Eastwood. The role demands strong portfolio work, 5–10+ years of architecture experience, and composition with life-safety codes while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

You will also prepare renderings, manage time and cost constraints, and collaborate with team members to deliver quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years architecture experience (Commercial & Residential).
• Portfolio of previous professional works.
• 3 Professional recommendations.
• Proficient or advanced knowledge in Revit software.
• Working knowledge of BIM Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop elevations, wall sections and section details.
• Produce drawings and support functions in line with project time, cost and quality constraints.
• Familiarize with building and life safety codes and their correct application.
• Assist in preparing renderings and other presentation materials.
