A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a valid PRC license are required, with 1–3 years of field experience. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and possess strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and

Mansioni

• Create and maintain records of specification and drawing.
• Site visits, meetings and reports.
• Provide conceptualized drafting and detailing.
• Tending of permits for Project Operations.
• Supervise and assist Materials testing.
• Time and motion study by actual monitoring.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager from time to time.
• Presenting design concepts to clients, and planning authorities.
