Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect (Architecture Licensure Exam).
• 3 years of experience in design development or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts into detailed design solutions.
• Prepare schematic layouts, space planning, and design alternatives.
• Produce complete sets of drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Ensure accuracy in CAD/Revit models and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate MEP/structural requirements.
• Apply NBCP and local ordinances in outputs.
• Prepare design boards, 3D visualizations, and client presentation materials.
