Job summary

DATEM INC. is seeking an architect to lead full project development from schematic design to post-construction closeout.

The role focuses on creating aesthetically pleasing yet cost-efficient designs while ensuring rigorous documentation and coordination across disciplines. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a license being an advantage and 1–4 years of related experience in architecture/interior design.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and preferably a professional license in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Experience in project administration, coordinating plans, specs, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage projects from schematic design through closeout/post-construction.
• Produce designs that are aesthetically appealing yet economical and efficient.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the design and complete project administration/management of projects assigned from schematic design phase up to project closeout/post-construction phase
• Responsible for producing designs that are aesthetically appealing yet economic and functionally efficient (cost- and time-saving methodology)
• Perform other related tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional license in Architecture an advantage
• At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge in project administration, and preparation and coordination of all project documents (plans, specifications, charts, and reports)
• Knowledge in proper issuance and documentation control of project references (i.e., CD, DD, FCD, advance copies, RFI, RFA, specs, permits, etc.)
