Job summary

D2B is seeking a Content and Social Media Manager for a fully remote role serving AU-based projects. You will transform talking-head footage, scripts and project materials into polished long-form episodes and engaging short-form clips, while shaping the company’s social media presence.

You’ll own the content narrative, provide strategic ideas, and ensure brand direction and architectural clarity are maintained across platforms, working with sign-off on technical and brand decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating long-form and short-form video content.
• Strong written English and ability to craft captions and scripts.
• Experience managing social media calendars across platforms.
• Ability to own content from concept to publication and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

• Edit documentary-style project episodes into branded final products.
• Identify and extract strongest short-form clips from each episode.
• Produce thumbnails, captions and graphics for publication.
• Develop and maintain an Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/YouTube content calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms and review performance.
• Suggest content ideas and improve brand-direct storytelling.
