Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking an Architectural CAD Designer to support the team in preparing architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using CAD software and related design tools for in-house projects.

You will research Philippine building codes, zoning, material specifications, and sustainable design practices, and you will prepare construction documents and technical specifications to guide execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD drafting and architectural documentation.
• Familiarity with Philippine Building Code and local standards.
• Ability to create 3D models and renderings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using CAD.
• Research building codes, zoning regulations, and material specs.
• Prepare construction documents and technical specifications.
• Create 3D models and renderings for client visualization.
• Participate in site inspections and design coordination from concept to execution.
