Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced architect to promote safety during planning and delivery, while managing technical tasks across large-scale industrial projects. You will coordinate with global leads and produce BIM-based layouts and drawings from schematic to construction documentation.

The role requires licensure, 7+ years in architecture design, and strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools, with excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline.
• Licensed status or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of architecture design experience.
• Revit project experience is a must.
• Experience on large-scale industrial projects (manufacturing, data center, warehouse, energy infrastructure, oil & gas).
• Experience with international teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion and 3D Max.

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during planning and delivery of work
• Manage technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks or components of larger tasks while meeting financial, quality, and time-frame requirements
• Ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction and proactively collaborate with GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, GEC Project Leads from MEP and Structures, and US & Canada Project Leads/Reviewers/Approvers
• Execute or assist independently in design tasks from the US/Canada Lead Office
• Initiate concept ideas and produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings according to codes and design requirements using BIM from schematic design through construction documentation
• Execute Design Management tasks during the Construction phase through Building Use Stages
• Develop and maintain understanding of Arcadis services and the industry sector to support networking and company credibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline
• Achieved Licensed status or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works
• Revit project experience is a must
• Experience in large-scale industrial projects, such as Manufacturing, Data Center, Warehouse, Power & Energy Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas refineries
• Experience working with an international team is an advantage
• Proficient or knowledgeable in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and 3D Max
