Job summary

Arcadis Philippines is seeking an experienced Architect to join our Global Excellence Centre, contributing to large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical design expertise, hands-on experience in industrial facilities, and a proven ability to collaborate in fast-paced project environments.

You will lead design tasks from concept through CD, coordinate with international teams, and ensure compliance with codes and BIM practices using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline.
• Achieved Licensed status or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works.
• Revit project experience is a must.
• Experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., Manufacturing, Data Center, Warehouse, Power & Energy Infrastructure, Oil & Gas refineries etc.).
• Experience working with an international team is an advantage.
• Proficient or have knowledge in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max.
• Excellent in interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Excellent in communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work.
• Manage technical aspects of smaller or complex tasks, meeting financial, quality, and time frame targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across GEC teams and project leads from other disciplines.
• Execute design tasks independently from Lead Office (US/Canada) as required.
• Initiate concept ideas and develop technically feasible general arrangements and detailed drawings (BIM: SD to CD).
• Lead design management tasks during Construction phase up to Building Use Stages (Concept to CD).
• Develop understanding of Arcadis services and industry to strengthen credibility and networking.

Arcadis’ Philippines office is seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to industrial large-scale projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical design expertise, hands‑on experience in industrial facilities, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast‑paced project environments.

Role accountabilities

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
• Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame.
• Work to ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction, championing care and proactively working with internal stakeholders (GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, GEC Project Leads from other disciplines (MEP & Structures) and US & Canada Project Leads/Reviewers/Approvers
• Can execute or assists in Design tasks independently from Lead (US/ Canada) Office
• Can initiate concept ideas and later produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings as per codes and design requirements, using BIM (SD to CD)
• Can also execute Design Management tasks during Construction phase up to Building Use Stages (Concept to CD)
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry
