Job summary

Arcadis Philippines is seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to industrial large-scale projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical design expertise, hands-on experience in industrial facilities, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced project environments.

You will manage technical aspects of tasks, develop general arrangement layouts and drawings using BIM, and participate in Design Management through construction to building use,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent
• Licensed status or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of architecture design experience
• Revit project experience is a must
• Experience in large-scale industrial projects (manufacturing, data centers, warehouses, energy infra, Oil & Gas refineries)
• Experience working with an international team is an advantage
• Proficiency in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during planning and delivery of work
• Manage technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks within financial, quality, and time constraints
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, cross-discipline Leads, US & Canada Project Leads) to maximize stakeholder satisfaction
• Execute or assist in design tasks independently from the Lead (US/Canada) office
• Initiate concept ideas and produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings using BIM (SD to CD)
• Carry out Design Management tasks during Construction up to Building Use stages (Concept to CD)
• Develop understanding of Arcadis services and industry to network effectively and build credibility

The ideal candidate has strong technical design expertise, hands‑on experience in industrial facilities, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast‑paced project environments.

Role accountabilities:

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
• Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame.
• Work to ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction, championing care and proactively working with internal stakeholders (GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, GEC Project Leads from other disciplines (MEP & Structures) and US & Canada Project Leads/Reviewers/Approvers
• Can execute or assists in Design tasks independently from Lead (US/ Canada) Office
• Can initiate concept ideas and later produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings as per codes and design requirements, using BIM (SD to CD)
• Can also execute Design Management tasks during Construction phase up to Building Use Stages (Concept to CD)
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline
• Achieved Licensed status or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works
• Revit project experience is a must
• Experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., Manufacturing, Data Center, Warehouse, Power & Energy Infrastructure, Oil & Gas refineries etc.)
• Experience working with an international team is an advantage
• Proficient or have knowledge in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max
• Excellent in interpersonal skills and problem solving
• Excellent in communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
