Job summary

Marxton Construction in Quezon City is seeking a licensed Architect or consultant for an ongoing 2-storey building project (~3,000 sqm total floor area). The role is on-site with a flexible engagement model including retainer or per-visit fees.

You will conduct site visits, advise the project management team on design and technical matters, and ensure compliance with contract requirements by reviewing conditions and submitting inspection reports.
