Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Consultant for an ongoing 2-storey building project (approx. 3,000 sqm total floor area) located in Quezon City.
• Open for retainer arrangement or per-visit professional fee.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and provide design/technical advice to the Project Management Team.
• Review actual site conditions versus approved plans and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Submit site inspection report and related documents.
