Job summary

Qualifications

  • Develop high-quality architectural plans, details and specifications for data-centre facilities.
  • Plan and conduct work requiring evaluation/adaptation of architectural techniques and criteria.
  • Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings; resolve cross-discipline issues.
  • Support field construction (review submittals, respond to RFIs, perform site walks).
  • Provide technical guidance to junior designers; contribute to proposals and budgets.

Your impact

Lead Architecture for mission-critical data‑centre projects, shaping layouts, drawings and specifications while collaborating across disciplines from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality architectural plans, details and specifications for data-centre facilities.

Here’s what you’ll need
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and valid PRC Architect license.
  • 10+ years of architectural design experience; proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Building Code, Fire Code and accessibility requirements.
  • Experience with mission-critical or industrial facilities (data centres advantageous).
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Experience with BIM workflows and common data environments (e.g., BIM 360).
  • Familiarity with international codes/standards relevant to data centres.
