A leading BPO Company in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an Arabic Trilingual Team Leader to manage customer service representatives. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Tagalog, with at least 1 year of team leader experience. This position offers a salary of Php 95,000 monthly along with various benefits including 13th-month pay and health insurance. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Arabic National residing in the Philippines who can speak English and Tagalog.
• Filipino proficient in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Has a work experience as a Team Leader for at least 1 year.
• Having work experience in Travel Account is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure performances and quality meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, and liaise with the HR Team.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Ensure team consistently meets quality standards and company policies.
• Implement strategies to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
