Stafflink Express in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Voice for our Australian account. This 100% onsite role is based in IT Part, Cebu City, with an Australian timezone shift (5 am or 6 am). The package is PHP 20,610 and open for negotiation based on experience.

Responsibilities include handling customer communications, order tracking, queries, and shop order monitoring, along with strong customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course (preferably Accounting and Business Management)
• 1–2 years experience in BPO or non-BPO industry
• BPO voice account experience preferred; non-BPO open to voice or non-voice
• Hands-on experience in ERP or SAP applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal communication with near-Standard American English
• Accounts Receivable, Procurement experience; logistics/forwarding exposure preferred
