Job summary

A staffing solution provider in Metro Manila is looking for a candidate to manage the end-to-end cash application process. Responsibilities include processing daily customer payments, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling accounts. Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of relevant experience and be ready to work on-site. Starting date is ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• End-to end Cash application process
• Payment processing: Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources, including checks, lockbox, ACH/EFTs, and credit cards.
• Cash research: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts, explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.
• Account reconciliation: Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.
• Data entry and record-keeping: Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.

Requirements:

• At least have 1.5 years relevant experience
