The Approved Claims Department is responsible for managing Trajector Disability clients who have received favorable medical decisions. Team members handle cases where they are the current representatives as well as cases where they are no longer representing the client with Social Security. The primary duties include working closely with Social Security to collect attorney fees, ensuring accurate processing of client benefits, and addressing client inquiries regarding Social Security Disability programs. This role requires a strong understanding of disability benefits processes and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and government agencies to facilitate the resolution of claims.
