Private Advertiser in the Philippines is hiring a remote outbound sales associate to contact small business owners in the USA and Canada, present website services, and schedule appointments with a web designer.

Ideal candidates have strong English, prior appointment-setting or outbound calling experience, and reliable home internet. This role offers base pay plus weekly bonuses, attendance and tech allowances, and a permanent position with paid overtime optional.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset).
• A history of great teamwork
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with overtime (7:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. Manila Time) Monday through Friday, with an optional OT that runs to 5:00 a.m. EST.

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.

What We Offer

• Base Pay: PHP 6,350 per week, with a night differential bringing your weekly pay to PHP 7,000.
• Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses
