Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Web Content Executive to manage, publish, and optimize website content across UK and Ireland digital platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Product teams to ensure accurate, SEO-friendly content and smooth publishing.

Role requires 2+ years in web content or related fields, proficiency with CMSs like WordPress/Umbraco/Contentful, and solid HTML knowledge. Onsite work, Monday–Friday, with cross-functional teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, SEO, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with a CMS such as WordPress, Umbraco, Contentful, or similar.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Basic HTML knowledge and understanding of website formatting and QA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple publishing priorities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain website pages using a CMS with proper formatting and metadata.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text.
• Coordinate with Marketing and stakeholders on content calendars and publishing deadlines.
• Monitor website and organic performance using GA4 and Google Search Console; identify improvements.
• Conduct content audits and QA to identify outdated content, broken links, and SEO gaps.
• Support landing page optimization, A/B testing, and content rollout.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Product, UX, Development to resolve content issues and publishing.

• Build, publish, and maintain website pages using a CMS, ensuring proper formatting, structure, tags, and metadata.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text.
• Coordinate with Marketing and internal stakeholders to manage content calendars, updates, and publishing deadlines.
• Monitor website and organic search performance using GA4 and Google Search Console; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct content audits and website QA to identify outdated content, broken links, formatting issues, and SEO gaps.
• Support landing page optimization, A/B testing, and the rollout of new website pages and content updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Product, UX, Development, and other teams to resolve content issues and ensure smooth publishing.
