Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing clear technical output for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Design evaluations with focus on identification strategy and interpretation.
• Review and improve analysis plans, reports, and technical memos.
• Deliver capacity building and mentoring on technical topics.
• Advise on feasibility and scoping for engagements.
