Job summary

IDinsight Associates and Senior Associates are early-career professionals joining a global team to gain front-line experience in evidence-informed decision-making. Roles include research design, data collection management, client interactions, and internal team collaboration across projects in development settings.

Based in IDinsight’s Manila office, associates travel to project sites as needed. Start dates are flexible, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, skill development, and contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, statistics, public policy, or related quantitative/social science fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in international development, research and evaluation, data analytics, consulting, or program management.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into well-structured deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team workflow, systems and deliverables.
• Lead fit-for-decision research design, data collection, analysis, and results visualization.
• Create client deliverables including reports, slides, and presentations.
• Develop strategic communications to broaden IDinsight insights and sector knowledge.
• Oversee data collection activities and ensure data quality; travel to project sites as needed.
