Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running experiments or pilots with clear success metrics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into scoped, prioritized work and actionable plans.
• Experience building prototypes or tools that apply machine learning to business problems.
• Experience creating learning content and facilitating workshops for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with partners to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve outcomes.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate AI use cases using measurable success criteria.
• Build and iterate prototypes and lightweight tools that demonstrate value and inform production decisions.
• Partner with engineering, data, and platform teams to transition validated prototypes into production-ready solutions when appropriate.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized, business-driven pipeline of AI ideas.
• Create and deliver a tiered enablement program through workshops and reusable learning content.
• Provide consultation on selecting fit-for-purpose AI approaches and integrating solutions.
• Define and track adoption and impact metrics, and communicate outcomes and learnings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote responsible AI practices by aligning delivery with risk, governance, and control expectations.
• Stay current on industry and technology trends, and assess new techniques for applicability to business problems.
• May lead a team, including coaching, mentoring, and setting direction across multiple initiatives.
