Job summary

Ezz Elarab Group is seeking an Application Support Team Leader to oversee the support and maintenance of business applications across the automotive organization. You will lead the team, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvements in performance and user satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field and 5+ years in application support, including at least 2 years in leadership. ERP/DMS/CRM experience is preferred to support diverse automotive applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting ERP, DMS, CRM, or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Application Support team.
• Ensure availability and performance of all business applications.
• Manage and resolve escalated application issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate with business departments, vendors, and IT teams to address system concerns.
• Support dealership management systems, ERP, CRM, and other automotive applications.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
• Prepare support reports and KPIs.
• Train and mentor team members and end users as needed.
• Participate in application enhancement and implementation projects.
