Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced Application Consultant - OpenText to support and manage OpenText EDI and XML integrations across enterprise business applications. The role focuses on ensuring reliable B2B data exchange and smooth EAI workflows.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI integration issues, coordinate with client teams and external trading partners, and assist with testing, deployments, and documentation of integration processes.

We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant - OpenText to support and manage OpenText EDI and XML integrations across enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B standards, EDI/XML applications, OpenText integrations, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

Key responsibilities

Support and manage OpenText / EDI integrations and related applications.

Handle day-to-day operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for EDI integrations.

Analyze and resolve integration failures, transaction errors, and connectivity issues.

Coordinate with client teams, internal application teams, and external business partners to ensure smooth business operations.

Support and implement enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements for OpenText EDI applications.

Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful processing of business documents.

Troubleshoot issues across integrated applications and identify root causes.

Support B2B integration processes between internal systems and external trading partners.

Assist with testing and deployment of integration changes and enhancements.

Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.

About you

Strong hands-on experience with OpenText EDI / OpenText integration solutions.

Expertise in B2B standards and electronic data interchange.

Experience implementing and supporting OpenText EDI and XML applications.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and integration of business processes across applications.
