Akkodis is seeking a skilled software professional in the Philippines to provide technical application support for managed services. You will collaborate with technical and product teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and customize SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Office 365 per client needs.

The role requires strong C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework skills, with at least 3 years in MS technologies, plus ITIL/SLA familiarity and English communication abilities.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 3.5+, C# and ASP.NET.
• At least 3 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Familiar with ITIL, SLA management.
• Ability to work in a global IT consulting environment and communicate in English.
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations and web services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical application support for Managed Services clients (investigation, code fixes, change requests).
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Functional Consultants and Product Manager to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Technical architects on design and guidance.
• Customize Microsoft platforms and products (SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Office 365) per client needs.
• Translate business requirements into code addressing fixes and change requests.
• Deliver all required application support deliverables for break-fixes and changes.
• Document solution designs and related documentation as needed.
• Work across technical areas to explore and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
• Adhere to ISMS policies including data protection and security incident reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
