Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is a progressive technology services company focused on digital transformation, modern software development, and venture building. We are seeking a hands-on API/integration engineer to join our Scrum team in the Philippines, collaborating with client teams and internal delivery squads.

Qualifications

Experience working in a self-organizing Scrum team in scaled agile
Experience coordinating with client teams and operations across delivery squads
Minimum 2+ years of relevant software development experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in enterprise integration and in consulting services delivery
Experience in client-site delivery and collaboration with external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Identify and drive resolution of integration stories and issues, including dependencies
Provide technical estimates for assigned stories and issues
Update API technical specifications for changes
Build, fix, and unit test API/integration services
Participate in backlog planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate with Operations to coordinate technical issue resolution and deployment procedures
