Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury operations or related role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade lifecycle deliverables, including releasing settlement instructions and progressing trades.
• Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions, with timely escalation when needed.
• Perform inventory and position management and complete inter-company reconciliations ahead of settlement date.
• Monitor service quality and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow operating procedures and update documentation when gaps are found.
• Document and maintain process materials, including SOPs, and update periodically.
• Identify opportunities for control enhancements and support improvements.
• Produce daily and weekly operational statistics and report status to stakeholders.
• Participate in global/local initiatives, including system enhancements and market rule changes.
• Support process re-engineering to improve efficiency, transparency, and risk outcomes.
