Job summary

HARMAN Lifestyle in APAC seeks a customer service operations professional to elevate the consumer experience and improve service performance. You will report to the Operations Director, Consumer Audio APAC, with a dotted line to the Director, Consumer Audio Philippines.

You will work with Call Center, marketing, and distribution teams to optimize processes, drive NPS, and support sales initiatives while leveraging Harman’s third-party service network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Customer service experience or background.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Call Center Manager to drive operational excellence and improve service efficiency.
• Escalate complex customer inquiries and service-related issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and Call Center to promote seasonal sales.
• Coordinate with distributors and service providers to improve repair/exchange processes.
• Manage customer data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Align with Global CS teams to share best practices and strengthen call center capabilities.
