Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A activities and partner with Sales and Operations teams across Asia Pacific. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and profitability analysis to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong financial controls, US GAAP compliance, and collaboration with regional Finance teams to optimize performance and deliver strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A within a multinational.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, internal controls and governance.
• Experience managing full P&L responsibilities and business analyses.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and business-case development skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to Sales leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variances, P&L statements, and reviews.
• Analyze performance to identify risks and opportunities and suggest actions.
• Manage forecasting cycles, revenue analysis, and pipeline reporting.
• Support data management, sales reporting, and channel incentives while ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting, US GAAP, internal controls, governance.
• Lead reviews, business cases, pricing analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Credit, Order, and regional Finance teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse audits, and financial controls on inventory.
• Drive process improvements and optimize financial processes.
• Utilize systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, BPC for operations.
• Support ad hoc projects, audits, and regional initiatives.
