iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Sales Support Operations Team Lead (APAC) to oversee the Manila-based APAC Sales Support team at the Global Services Center. You will lead sales support operations, drive process improvements, and manage team performance to ensure service excellence across customer and sales support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, account management, order management, or sales operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with procure-to-pay, order management, or sales support operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data validation, formulas, reporting).
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for the APAC Sales Support team.
• Monitor and improve team performance through KPIs, metrics, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales to resolve inventory and fulfillment concerns.
• Lead team meetings, communicate business updates, and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management.
• Manage onboarding, training, and system access for new hires.
