Fluor Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Reports and Quality Team Leader to guide a responsible APAC reporting and quality function within HR Shared Services. You will lead Tier 1–Tier 2 teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with regional and global partners to align standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in team handling and quality management in a CSAT-based environment (e.g., BPO).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer and software skills including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills of a complex nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 associates, including workload management, attendance monitoring, and productivity tracking.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance discussions to drive continuous improvement and achieve metrics.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of quality assurance programs and reporting processes.
• Act as liaison between APAC HR and Workforce Analytics to ensure alignment of reporting standards.
• Escalate reporting and quality issues and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation and quality frameworks.
• Manage employment status processes including transfers, promotions, and regularizations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and participate in department priorities.
