Job summary

Genesys is seeking an IT Services Specialist in Manila to deliver reliable IT support across APAC. You will handle complex escalations, provide hands-on and remote assistance for executives, and partner with Global IT to ensure secure, efficient technology services.

Responsibilities include managing device lifecycles, asset inventory in ServiceNow, and onsite moves while mentoring junior staff and supporting regional initiatives. Strong Windows/AD skills and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments.
Strong Windows 10+ troubleshooting and endpoint repair.
Proficient with Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune and Autopilot.
Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and guide junior team members.
Willingness to travel across APAC; on-site and regional support.

Responsibilities

Own escalations from Global Helpdesk and junior Desktop Specialists, driving timely resolution for hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
Deliver hands-on and remote support across APAC, including VIP users and executives.
Drive incidents through resolution with global teams and maintain SLA communications.
Install, configure, and repair client computing hardware and software to support end-user operations.
Manage end-to-end device lifecycle, asset inventory in ServiceNow, and hardware ordering.
Provide on-site support for IT equipment moves, office relocations, and regional requirements.
Lead onboarding and training of new team members; mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with Global IT, Security, HR, and Facilities on regional IT initiatives.
