Job summary

Genesys is seeking an IT Services Specialist in Quezon City, Philippines, to deliver reliable technology experiences for APAC employees. You will own complex escalations (L2/L3), support hardware, software, and connectivity, and collaborate with Global IT, Security, HR, and Facilities to ensure productivity.

This role emphasizes AI-assisted diagnostics, automation, and modern endpoint management, with on-site support for regional IT needs and potential travel within APAC as required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on IT hardware, software, and network support.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise IT tools and remote/onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations from the Global Helpdesk and junior Desktop Specialists to drive timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and repair client hardware and software to support end-user operations.
• Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle and inventory in ServiceNow.
