Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services Cayman Ltd - Philippine Branch in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks an IT Services Specialist to deliver reliable end-user experiences across APAC, handling escalations and guiding junior Desktop Specialists.

You will collaborate with Global IT, Security, HR and Facilities, using AI-assisted diagnostics, Intune and Autopilot, and ensuring compliance with SOX, ISO standards while supporting executives and VIP users.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong proficiency with Windows OS and enterprise IT tools.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own complex escalations (L2/L3) and drive timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and repair client hardware and software.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle, inventory, and service requests across APAC.
